Pedro Escobar is the Founder and CEO of Susu Lend. As a first-generation American who watched his immigrant parents navigate language barriers, financial exclusion, and a system that wasn't built for them, he built Susu Lend because he lived the problem.
With over 20 years across information technology, sales, and business development, Pedro brings both technical depth and a founder's conviction to everything he builds. He has launched and exited a technology company, led enterprise customer success at scale, and spent his career connecting underrepresented communities to opportunity — because access has always been his mission.
Pedro holds dual MBA degrees from Cornell University and Queen's University. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, and volunteers as a mentor with the Student DREAMers Alliance in Greenville, SC — where he lives and where Susu Lend launched its first two pilots.
