c) Communications with Tía: Conversations with our AI financial counselor Tía may be logged for quality assurance, product improvement, and fair lending compliance purposes.
Tía conversation logs are retained for 12 months from the date of the conversation, after which they are permanently deleted. Conversation data is accessible only to authorized Susu Lend administrators for compliance review purposes and is never used to make credit decisions or shared with third parties.
