Nate Byars is a seasoned operational and treasury leader with over 12 years of experience in subprime consumer lending. Known for blending technology, data, and process design, he builds scalable systems that deliver repeatable results while preserving the human judgment required for complex decision-making. His career spans servicing operations, analytics, risk, capital markets, originations, and sales — giving him a unique ability to connect strategic vision with practical execution.

At Regional Management Corp., Nate supported the execution of $700 million in 144A securitizations and the expansion of warehouse funding by $175 million, while implementing loan renewal strategies that saved millions in annual interest expense. Previously as a senior leader at Global Lending Services, he built and scaled teams, overhauled servicing and recovery operations, and played a key role in GLS's growth from a $30 million portfolio across four states to $2.5 billion across 48 states.
