Ben Adams brings nearly a decade of experience across civil engineering, real estate finance, and data analytics to Susu Lend. His interest in community-based financial solutions stems from growing up in a rural farming town where Community Supported Agriculture — local families pooling resources to keep farms alive — was a lifeline. He recognized something familiar in the susu model the moment he heard it.
His professional background gives that instinct institutional weight. Ben has overseen nearly $1 billion in Public-Private-Partnership real estate projects, restructured complex debt and hedge portfolios, and built the data science models that help large organizations make better financial decisions. He is a licensed professional engineer and holds a dual degree MBA from Cornell University and Queen's University, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
